Copyright in the artwork

Every image on this site is my own work, and I retain the copyright in all of it, including after a piece is sold.

Buying an original or a print gives you the physical object. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. Please do not reproduce, print, resell as an image, use commercially, or include my work in any dataset used to train machine learning or generative AI models. Sharing a photo of a piece you own on social media is welcome, with credit.

Orders, prices and availability

• Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• Originals are one-of-a-kind. Occasionally a piece sells in person at the same time it sells here. If that happens I will cancel your order and refund you in full immediately.
• If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price, I may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the error.
• Colors vary between screens. I photograph work as faithfully as I can, but screen color is not exact.

Shipping and returns

Purchases are subject to my Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: all sales are final, except that work damaged in transit is replaced or refunded.

Liability

My liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
