PRIVACY POLICY

I am Dorka Somloi, an independent artist based in Boulder, Colorado. This policy explains what information this site collects, who handles it, and how to have it removed.
What I collect
- When you use the contact form — your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- When you buy something — your name, email address, shipping address, and the contents of your order.
- Your cart — stored in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to me or to any server, and it stays on your device until you check out or clear it.
Payment information
I never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Square, on Square's own checkout pages. Your card number never touches this website.
Square's handling of your information is governed by Square's privacy notice.
Who else is involved
I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the shop:
- Square — payment processing and order management.
- Formspree — delivers contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website.
- USPS — requires your address to deliver your order.
Tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. No profile of you is built across other websites through this one.
Do Not Track: because this site does not track visitors across other websites or over time, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to disable, and the site does not respond to those signals.
How long I keep information
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and bookkeeping purposes. Contact form messages remain in my email. Access is limited to me.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Contact me and I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. I may need to retain records of completed orders where tax law requires it, and I will say so if that applies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, I will update the effective date above and post the new version here before it takes effect.
